Equipment, material stock and tooling.

We use Bambu lab 3d printers including the flagship H2C model, able to print in up to 9 colours at a time. This in particular is excellent at printing large batches of multi coloured toys with little to no waste material.

We are able to 3d print with high temperature engineering filaments with exceptional properties such as high strength, heat resistance, weather resistance etc.

We mainly stock Bambu Lab filaments/materials and this is always dried to give the best aesthetic and engineering properties (we have capacity for drying 15 filaments at a time if required).

We have a huge stock of high quality filament (material) colours and types including PLA, PETG high flow, TPU 68, 85,90 and 95 (flexible), ABS, Glass Fibre reinforced ABS, Carbon fibre reinforced PET, PETG and PLA, ASA, Polycarbonate, Glass Reinforced Nylon PA6, PLA silk, PLA Tough, PLA Sparkle, PLA Galaxy, Glow in the dark PLA, PLA Tough+, Translucent PLA/PETG and multi coloured PLA basic, matte and silk.

We also have a small CNC vinyl cutter and material for creating stickers and custom T-shirts.

I have a large selection of project parts, USB lighting, tools and consumables for rapid project building. I am happy to do electronic work such as soldering, lighting and simple pre-programmed boards.

What can we do?

• We stock and sell a range of interesting products designed in house.

• I am able to reverse engineer and design replacement parts for machinery/vehicles etc. when other options are either unavailable or unaffordable.

• I am highly experienced with 2d and 3d computer aided design if modelling is required.

• I am an expert with Windows PC's and can provide assistance with hardware/software related issues.

• We are able to design and create custom models based on clients needs. Examples include;
